Shawn Mosley is a hardworking business professional with 21 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. He is a family man, who has been a home owner in the community for more than 10 years. Shawn is a Bay Area commuter who travels each day over highway 17. He is the Senior Systems Engineer for Natus Medical and has been employed with the company for over 5 years. Shawn has worked at companies such as Hitachi America, Hitachi Data Systems, and Read-Rite to name a few. Shawn also is a business consultant providing computer and network related services to individuals and small to medium size organizations.
During his professional career, Shawn’s experience comes from holding key positions from previous organizations. These positions include, but are not limited to managing operations, projects, vendor and relationship management, and the managing of multi-million dollar budgets. These areas require a lot of time and commitment. Shawn makes it a priority to meet his obligations and continues to maintain a balance between work, family and fun.
Shawn’s hobbies include working with computers, construction, reading, watching sports, fishing, and being a disc jockey. Although he has a range of hobbies, Shawn’s passions are playing Golf and Cooking. He loves going out to play a round of golf or sitting by the Bar B Que pit, smoking some brisket and ribs.
Shawn Mosley believes giving back to the community and making a difference is important. Shawn is enthusiastic about being part the Scotts Valley Fire District board, whose focus is working with our Fire Chief and his team, who provides safety for our community.
